Are you passionate about customer service and creating great experiences? We are looking for energetic and friendly Counter Staff / Baristas to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, cold drinks) as per standards
- May also prepare and serve pastries, sandwiches, and other light meals
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries
- Restock supplies and support daily operational tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelorβs preferred
- Prior experience as a Barista or Counter Staff is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must have knowledge of coffee preparation (preferred)
