General Return Policies

    • The shopping receipt is to be kept safe as you will be required to bring it along for the purpose of Return & Exchange.
    • Return or exchange is only allowed within the first 14 days of shopping.
    • Cash will not be refunded against the returned item; instead a credit voucher of the same amount will be issued which can be used to purchase anything from any of our stores.
    • Credit voucher can be redeemed within 40 days of its issuance date.
    • Items sold under promotional or discounted prices are not exchangeable.
    • Fresh, Frozen, Pharmacy, Jewelry, Crockery, Cosmetics, Undergarments, Toys and sprays cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Items with missing accessories, such as remote controls, cables, cards, etc., and items with unsealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • The warranty of all electronic items is covered by the manufacturer/ brand/ authorized distributor and not by Imtiaz.
    • Imtiaz Pharmacy is not responsible for any side effects or reactions of the medicines.
    • Other terms and conditions may apply as well.

Exchange & Refund Policy for Electronics

Most product problems can be resolved over a telephone call. IMTIAZ customer service/after-sales service representative will be more than happy to help you. Our toll-free number is 021-111- 468-429 (IMT-IAZ) and trading hours are from 9 AM till 11 PM.

At Imtiaz, your satisfaction is of utmost concern to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Imtiaz offers 7 days return & exchange policy subjected to the following terms & conditions:

1. Information that is required to process the return of any product:

  • The original invoice or proof of payment.
  • No exchange, refund, or repair will be considered without it.
  • Returning of non-defective products will be accepted within 7 days from the original invoice date. The product should not have been opened or used in any way and should be exactly in the same condition as purchased. If the product or the packaging of the product has any kind of seals, such as shrink-wrap, blister packing, bag, sticker, or a label across the opening of the box, the seal must not have been broken.
  • IMTIAZ reserves the right to revise its policy without any prior notice.
  • IMTIAZ reserves the right to refuse any claim of repair/refund/exchange for out-of-warranty items. (See article # 5)
2. Payment terms for a refund:
  • If the product is paid for via credit card, a refund voucher will be issued with the deduction of a minimum 1.7% amount of the total value of that item.
  • If it is paid via debit card or cash, a refund voucher of equal value will be issued.
  • If it is paid via credit note or gift voucher, a refund will be processed via credit note or gift voucher respectively.
3. Merchandise products are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund:
  • Items that are installed are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Used or un-sellable merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Used health, beauty, food preparation and hygiene products such as shavers, foot spa, trimmers, straighteners, washing machines, vacuums, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products that are not in standard manufacturer packaging are also ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Products damaged with water or liquid are not eligible for return or exchange as well.
  • Computer memory disks, audio & video cards, any installed PC peripherals, opened PC software, console games, gaming software, printer cartridges, printers, fax machines, and toners cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Mobile phones & accessories, cameras & their accessories, except those with manufacturing defects, are also ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
  • Special order items or cut cable/wires are non-refundable.
4. Imtiaz is not liable if:
  • The product returned has any kind of data or information stored in its memory or storage. Imtiaz will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to anyone, or for the loss of any data or important information still residing on the returned product.
5. Under warranty Items:
  • Warranty is covered by the manufacturer/brand /authorized distributor and not by Imtiaz.
  • Imtiaz is not the service or warranty provider but we are the facilitator only.
  • If any item includes a product warranty card, kindly follow the instruction as explained in the warranty card. In the event that you require assistance, kindly contact Imtiaz after-sales service at 021-111-468-429.
  • Imtiaz will only facilitate the customer to the extent of guiding and providing relevant info on the supplier and its service center locations.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty wherever applicable, as per the items, commences from the date of purchase mentioned on the sales invoice.
  • Supplied accessories, batteries, and consumables are not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by unauthorized service personnel or any other service center.
  • Warranty is applicable within the limits of Pakistan only, unless specified.
6. Free Delivery & Installation:
  • All articles stated above are effective for delivery and installed products as well.
  • In case of any error/malfunctioning in installation, Imtiaz will provide FREE service for 30 days. In case there is no error found in installation then clause #5 will be followed by the customer.
  • The customer will be charged PKR. 500/- per visit, in case no error is found in the installation.
  • In case of return for any delivered product, it will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Services not included: Dismantling of the unit, any additional accessories except supplied within the carton by the supplier, i.e. copper pipe, cable, wall bracket, circuit breaker, labor charges for other services, etc.
  • It will be the customer’s responsibility to make sure that an adult of 18 years of age or older is present when the delivery team arrives & that the path inside & outside the house is cleared and made free of fragile items before the arrival of Imtlaz delivery team.
  • Imtiaz staff will deliver the goods at the doorstep of the customer’s house, i.e. Ground Floor only. For upper-level floors, delivery will be completely the customer’s responsibility. In case of availability of an elevator, the Imtiaz team can help & facilitate without any damage or breakage responsibility of the goods.
  • If a customer fails to receive the delivery due to no contact or response from their own end, the Imtiaz team will wait for 10 minutes more and will try again to reach the customer. The team will return if no contact is established the second time as well. If the customer still wishes to avail of the delivery service, then it will be charged based on a defined tariff.
