We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and optimize the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation ecosystem powering our retail e-commerce platform.
This role focuses on enabling fast, secure, and reliable software delivery while ensuring system scalability, performance, and resilience across all environments.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Automation

Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)

Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources
CI/CD Pipeline Development

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

Ensure secure and efficient deployments across development, staging, and production
Containerization & Kubernetes

Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for deployment and scaling

Implement Helm charts and maintain container registry services
Monitoring & Observability

Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

Participate in incident resolution and post-mortems
Security & Compliance

Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and secrets management

Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards
Performance & Cost Optimization

Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize costs

Support performance tuning and capacity planning
Collaboration & Support

Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployment processes

Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production environments
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in production environments

Strong hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes

Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines)

Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Load Balancing, DNS, CDN)

Experience in e-commerce or high-traffic platforms is a plus
