We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Food Production to oversee daily operations of Bakery and Live Kitchen production, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily bakery and live kitchen production activities

Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety compliance

Monitor production planning, wastage control, and cost management

Maintain hygiene standards as per food safety regulations

Coordinate with store operations and inventory teams

Manage production staff scheduling and performance
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field

4–6 years of experience in bakery or food production (retail/supermarket preferred)

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Experience managing live kitchen operations
