Assistant Manager – Food Production (Bakery & Live Kitchen)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Food Production to oversee daily operations of Bakery and Live Kitchen production, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily bakery and live kitchen production activities

  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety compliance

  • Monitor production planning, wastage control, and cost management

  • Maintain hygiene standards as per food safety regulations

  • Coordinate with store operations and inventory teams

  • Manage production staff scheduling and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field

  • 4–6 years of experience in bakery or food production (retail/supermarket preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Experience managing live kitchen operations
