Lucky draw terms and conditions

M/s Imtiaz being the biggest retail chain store in Pakistan is pleased to introduce this Lucky Draw with the aim to generate excitement, and interest and increase engagement amongst its customers.

1. In order to enter the Lucky Draw Rs. 15,000 purchasing is necessary from
the nationwide stores of Imtiaz Mega/Express/Super Market.
2. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions.
3. Imtiaz reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse the award of the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
4. Customers are advised to keep the ‘Customers Copy of the Coupon’ safe as that will have to be returned with a copy of the CNIC in case of the winning of the respective customer. Failure to furnish the Coupon will result in forfeiture of your winning proceeds.

ELIGIBILITY: 

5. Unless otherwise stated, the prize draws and competitions are open to all except employees of the M/s Imtiaz, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
6. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.
7. Multiple entries per person are permitted.
8. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. M/s Imtiaz may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
9. M/s Imtiaz reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.

1. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by computerized process every week till the validity/period of the Lucky Draw.
2.The winner will receive details of the prize.
3. The winner will be notified by telephone (using details provided at entry) & via social media platforms within 7 days of being chosen and must visit the respective store where the entry was initially registered to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to M/s Imtiaz within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and M/s Imtiaz will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
4. That the Model / Make or specifications of the prize may differ from the displayed prize.
5. The date of the lucky draw can be changed at M/s Imtiaz’s discretion.
6. M/s Imtiaz reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
7. The value of the prizes may vary; M/s Imtiaz reserves the right to replace any prize(s) with items of similar value without any prior notice.
8. That the decision of M/s Imtiaz authorities shall be final and no correspondence to this effect shall be entertained.
9. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. M/s Imtiaz makes no representation, warranty, or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, including, without limitation to, relating to quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. M/s Imtiaz assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
10. Administrative arrangements for claiming the prize may vary from prize to prize & which will have to be complied by the winner as per the directive laid down by M/s Imtiaz.

M/s Imtiaz remains committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information with any individual/firm/establishment or Government Agency unless required by the law.

M/s Imtiaz reserves the right to amend terms and conditions as per prevailing Laws at any time in its sole discretion, as it deems necessary.

Insofar as is permitted by law, M/s Imtiaz, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of M/s Imtiaz, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
