Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to users for hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Resolve system, application, and connectivity issues in a timely manner

Maintain IT inventory, asset tagging, and documentation
-
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranties, and technical support
-
Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and basic IT security compliance
-
Support ERP/POS systems and user access management (if applicable)
-
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT or external support when required
Requirements:
-
Bachelorβs degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
-
1β3 years of relevant IT support experience
-
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware
-
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Skills:

Experience in retail or corporate IT environment

Knowledge of POS systems, CCTV, or ERP support
