Officer – IT Support

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day IT support to users for hardware, software, and network issues

    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

    • Resolve system, application, and connectivity issues in a timely manner

    • Maintain IT inventory, asset tagging, and documentation

    • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranties, and technical support

    • Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and basic IT security compliance

    • Support ERP/POS systems and user access management (if applicable)

    • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT or external support when required

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field

    • 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience

    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware

    • Good troubleshooting and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and under pressure

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in retail or corporate IT environment

    • Knowledge of POS systems, CCTV, or ERP support
