Job Purpose
The Section Officer β Fashion Goods & Accessories is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the assigned fashion and accessories section, ensuring optimal product display, stock availability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Fashion Goods & Accessories section, including apparel, accessories, footwear, or related categories.

Ensure proper merchandise display, visual merchandising standards, and planogram compliance.

Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment requests, and coordinate with the back-end team to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Supervise, guide, and train section staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain section cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Ensure accurate price tagging, barcoding, and promotional execution.

Monitor shrinkage, pilferage, and report discrepancies to management.

Assist in stock counts, audits, and inventory control activities.

Qualification & Experience

Intermediate / Bachelorβs degree preferred.

2β4 years of relevant experience in fashion retail or accessories category.

Experience in a supervisory or section-handling role will be an advantage.
